Serving Sizes

Serving sizes vary greatly.  Nutritional experts recommend approximately a 3oz serving of lean cooked meat per meal.  However most customers will increase the serving size depending on the details of the meal.  Is it a holiday meal, is the customer expecting company or would they like leftovers for the next days lunch?  The following charts are meant as a guide line and will vary according to the occasion.  The columns on the right show the how much weight to purchase for each person you are serving.
